Payment methods can only be linked to your Store app, allowing your customers to make purchases. Follow these steps to enable payment connections:
1. Log in to your Hocoos account and navigate to the Store app.
2. Locate the payments section.
3. Choose the country and currency for your Store app.
4. You have the option to connect to both Stripe and PayPal.
5. To begin, click the "connect" option under the preferred payment method.
Stripe:
- Upon clicking "connect," you'll be guided through the next steps, which will vary depending on your country. Note that Stripe may require additional documents for verification to authorize product sales. Once all steps are completed, Stripe will be automatically enabled on your website.
PayPal:
- For PayPal, you'll need a PayPal business account. After clicking "connect," you'll receive instructions with proper explanations for the next steps. After completing all steps, PayPal will be automatically connected to your website. However, it may take a few hours for PayPal to verify the account before it's fully connected.
