Transfer your mailbox (Polaris Mail)
As Hocoos is closing, all custom mailboxes must be transferred to your own Polaris Mail account to keep your email access.
To avoid losing your emails and mailbox data, please complete the transfer as soon as possible.
Important deadline
You have 2 weeks starting from March 23, 2026 to complete the transfer.
⚠️ If the transfer is not completed within this timeframe:
- Your mailbox will become permanently inaccessible
- All emails and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
Before you start
- You need to create your own Polaris billing account
- Only one account is required, even if you have multiple domains or mailboxes
- You’ll need the email used for registration when requesting the transfer
Step 1: Create your Polaris account
Create your personal Polaris account here:

Once your account is ready, move to the next step.
Step 2: Request the mailbox transfer
After creating your account, contact Polaris Mail Support to request the transfer.
You can use one of the following options:

What to include in your request
Make sure your request includes:
- Your domain name
- The email used to create your Polaris account
Example request
Dear PolarisMail Support,
I would like to request a transfer of the mailboxes for the domain example.com to the Polaris billing account registered under customer@email.com.
Please confirm once the migration is complete.
Step 3: Polaris completes the transfer
Once your request is submitted:
- Polaris support will transfer your domain and mailboxes internally
- Your data will remain intact — no email loss
- There should be no interruption to your email service
- Your mailboxes will appear in your personal Polaris account
No further action is required after submitting your request.
