Optimizing SEO for Your Website Pages
1. Go to the All pages section.
2. Select the page you want to optimize for SEO—please note that SEO must be configured separately for each page, collection, product . Click on the SEO Settings button to begin.
3. Fill in the Keywords, Meta Title, and Description fields with the appropriate content. Make sure to stay within the character limits for each field to ensure your text is properly optimized and displayed across search engines.
SEO keywords are phrases or words specific to your business that are found in your web content. Due to these keywords, users will find your online business easier via search engine. Add up to 5 keywords.
A meta title is an HTML element, specifying the title of a web page. It should be a concise description of the content on the page, and for great SEO results, the meta title should contain a keyword and respect the 60 character limit.
Meta description is an HTML tag, providing a brief description of the content on the page. In search engine results, the meta description appears below the meta title and URL and it influences the ranking of your page.
4. After entering your SEO settings, be sure to save them.
Please note that it may take some time for your page to appear in Google search results. The indexing process varies in duration, as it depends on how quickly Google updates your site.
