Access Your Website:
- Go to the Hocoos Dashboard and click the Edit domain button.
- In the Manage website domain window all the domain-related-options will be represented.
Tip: If you've already purchased a domain name, you'll find it in the My Domains section. From there, you can set your primary domain.
In case you already have a domain name, but from another provider and want to connect it to your website, please follow the instructions here.
- Click on the Buy domain button.
- Type the preferable domain name in the Type your domain here field.
Tip: Aim for a domain name that not only reflects your business but also maintains a professional and credible appearance.
- Choose the domain name from the list represented and click on the Buy button.
The Custom Domain name feature is available for Hocoos Premium accounts.
- The pop-up with the domain purchase terms will be displayed.
Tip: Make sure to read the contents in the pop-up.
Here are, also some crucial points in the domain purchase process:
- Double-check the domain name before buying it. Once you’ve purchased the domain, you can’t change its name.
For example: I wanted to buy a domain “bananatrade”, but I made a typo and didn’t notice it. So, I bought a domain “binanatrade” instead. Now, I need to purchase a new domain with the right domain name.
- One more interesting thing about the ownership is that you can create the account, on the website you bought the domain, to manage it. However, it will be possible only after the first three months of your ownership.

If you run into issues while buying the domain name, here are some common problems and solutions:
1. The Domain Name is not the One I Wanted
- Possible Cause: A typo in the domain name.
- Solution: When purchasing a new domain, be sure to double-check it to avoid errors.
2. I Can’t Access my Domain Settings
- Possible Cause: For the first three months of the domain ownership it can be managed only from our end.
- Solution: Contact our Hocoos Support Team to manage the domain settings.
3. I Paid for the Domain, But it’s not reflected in my Account
- Possible Cause: Maybe your order hasn’t been processed yet.
- Solution: The order may be verified by PayPro Global, who handles our billing. It usually takes a couple of hours.
4. My Domain Pending ICANN Verification
- Possible Cause: The domain hasn't been verified yet.
- Solution: Once you purchase your domain, you’ll receive an email from Name.com to verify it. This email will be sent to the address linked to your Hocoos account. Please check your inbox for it. If you can’t find the email, be sure to check your spam or trash folders. If it’s still missing, contact our Support team, and we’ll assist you with the verification process.
