After setting the mailbox, using another provider’s domain there should be some important steps taken. But before we begin, here you can find a detailed guide on how to set up a Polaris mailbox.

  1. Login to Your Domain Host Account
  2. Head to the Domain Settings Page
  3. Find Your Domain Name
  4. Click on Your Domain Name Settings, and Search Where to Manage/Edit Name Server Records
  5. Add the Following Records:

Type: TXT

Host: yourdomain.com

Value: v=spf1 includes:emailarray.com -all

TTL: 1800


Type: MX

Host: yourdomain.com

Value: mx2.emailarray.com

TTL: 300

Priority: 10


Type: MX

Host: yourdomain.com

Value: mx.emailarray.com

TTL: 300
