Hocoos is closing — what you need to know

We want to share an important update: Hocoos AI Website Builder is being discontinued.

First of all — thank you.


Thank you for trusting us with your websites, your ideas, and your time. We truly appreciate every site you built, every feature you explored, and every moment you spent with us.


We understand this change may feel inconvenient, and we’re here to help you through the transition as smoothly as possible.

Important dates and changes


Here’s what to expect:

  • Official shutdown date: April 23, 2026
  • Access period: You can export your website files and data from March 23 until April 23, 2026 (30 days total)
  • Website availability: Your website will remain live and accessible to visitors until April 23, 2026
  • Forms will be disabled:

    Contact forms, booking, checkout, feedback, and subscribe forms will no longer work during this period


Export your website


To avoid losing your content, please make sure to export your website before the shutdown.


Please note: exporting your data is your responsibility.


What you can export

You can download:

  • A full HTML copy of your website

    All uploaded files (images, videos, audio, documents)

    Your website data, including:

    • Store: products, orders, customers
    • Booking: appointments, clients
    • Mailing lists

How to export your website

  1. Log in to your Hocoos account
  2. Select the website from your list
  3. Click “Generate files”
  4. Once ready, click “Get files” to download everything

Important notes

  • File generation may take some time

    Once your files are ready:

    • You’ll see a notification in your Hocoos account
    • You’ll also receive an email with the download link
  • The “Get files” button will be available for 7 days after generation

We recommend exporting your website as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute issues.


Transfer your domain


If you purchased a domain through Hocoos, it needs to be transferred to your own account to keep ownership and avoid losing access.

Transfer your mailbox (Polaris Mail)


If you’re using a custom mailbox, it should also be transferred to your own account to continue using your email services without interruption.

Subscriptions and refunds


All active subscriptions will be canceled automatically on our side — no action is required from you.


We will also issue pro-rata refunds for any unused time on your subscription.

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days
  • The amount is calculated based on the unused subscription period
  • If your plan included a domain or mailbox, their costs will be deducted from the refund

You will receive email notifications when:

  • Your subscription is canceled
  • Your refund has been issued
